Yes. Add the passenger's name and mobile number at checkout and we'll send them the chauffeur's details directly.
Yes. Tell us the child's age when you book and we'll fit the correct restraint at no extra charge — a rearward-facing capsule, a forward-facing seat or a booster. Under NSW law every child under seven needs an approved restraint, so let us know before pickup rather than on the day.
Cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
